What I'm looking for

I seek senior project management roles in telecom networks where I can lead cross-functional teams, drive end-to-end DWDM/OTN/IP/MPLS projects, implement hybrid processes, and deliver on time and on budget.

I am a telecommunications engineer with an MBA in Project Management and over eight years leading deployment, design, and optimization of optical networks across Latin America and Central America. I specialize in DWDM, OTN, SDH/PDH and IP/MPLS technologies, and I have planned and executed core, metro, DCI, and submarine network projects, delivering more than 150 projects valued over three million dollars each.

I lead multicultural, multidisciplinary teams using hybrid (agile and traditional) methodologies to optimize processes, control costs and meet timelines and quality standards. I restructured project management functions, established KPIs for strategic decisions, and mentor technical staff while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
