I also proposed and implemented a vendor inventory-sharing model that eliminated upfront purchasing costs — a strategy adopted directly by company leadership.

At Elite Ones NFT, I originated the core product concept, sourced and onboarded the entire project team, built and managed the Discord community, and coordinated partnerships that fully filled the mint whitelist allocation — all while managing the project budget and reporting directly to the founder.
