I maintained tracking systems, followed up on assignments, and checked project deliverables for accuracy before submission. I also prepared structured updates and performance feedback to support decision-making and accountability.
At Funfillage, I coordinated people, schedules, and deliverables across concurrent assignments and successfully executed 30+ short-term and daily projects. I prepared weekly status reports and supported vendor and platform selection by comparing options and tracking currency exchange rates.
For my independent portfolio projects, I built Notion-based coordination workflows and a Google Sheets reporting system for stakeholder engagement. These systems covered task tracking, timelines, risks, follow-ups, confirmations, and reporting.
