What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow into an Associate PM/AI PM role where I can use requirements, KPI-driven analytics, and stakeholder management to ship AI/streaming/consumer technology products with measurable impact and strong cross-functional execution.

I’m a Deloitte India operations-to-product transition professional with 2+ years of experience, where I defined requirements, coordinated cross-functional delivery, and shipped a Django-based internal project-tracking tool adopted by 200+ employees—reducing manual status reporting by ~40%. I translate ambiguous problems into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and trackable deliverables, and I use KPI-driven decision-making and data analytics to drive measurable outcomes.

Currently, as an Operations Manager, I run end-to-end inventory and dispatch workflows, own billing and GST documentation compliance, and build operational KPI trackers in Excel for daily visibility. I’m also building toward AI product work—at PromptWars Ahmedabad 2026, I built and deployed Nazaraana, an AI mental wellness companion (live at mayankray224.vercel.app)—and I’m targeting Associate PM, Product Operations, and AI PM roles across AI, streaming, and consumer technology.
