At RailTel Corporation of India Ltd, I redesigned a recursive DNS platform using DNSDist and Unbound backends, supporting more than 2M queries per second while improving scalability and enabling maintenance with minimal service disruption. I also built Python and Ansible automation for recurring network operations.
Earlier at RailTel, I delivered a 100G DWDM rollout and Google Station WiFi deployment across more than 400 km of infrastructure, and migrated customer circuits to Layer 2 architecture, reducing access-network delivery cost by 50%. I now lead four engineers and support production network operations, changes, and service restoration.
