At Matter Motors Pvt. Ltd., I led the greenfield network deployment for a new manufacturing plant, from planning and design through commissioning. I also completed a Meraki migration to centrally managed, policy-driven networking.
I deployed redundant fiber infrastructure and network security using FortiGate, Sophos XGS, and Meraki firewalls. I implemented identity-based network access control with Meraki, Active Directory, and Windows NPS.
At Matter Motors, I deployed the Dify AI platform with custom workflows and developed Python scripts for Zabbix-GLPI ticket synchronization, Meraki-GLPI change automation, and OsTicket workflows. I also expanded Zabbix monitoring with Grafana dashboards and customized ITSM tools including GLPI, OsTicket, and Snipe-IT.
Previously, at Microlink Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I delivered enterprise network solutions for clients including ISRO. Across my network engineering roles, I configured and troubleshot routing, switching, and monitoring systems in enterprise, ISP, backbone, and datacentre environments.
