What I'm looking for

I seek academic research and teaching roles that support interdisciplinary work on digital media, AI and political economy, offer grant-funded projects, mentorship, publication opportunities, and community impact.

I am an aspiring academic and researcher serving as a graduate teaching and research assistant at Moi University, focusing on journalism, media and communication studies with interests in digital media, political economy and emerging technologies such as AI.

I have published work on peace journalism, sports betting addiction, and marketing strategies of betting companies, presented at regional conferences, and completed a Master’s thesis on advocacy in countering sports betting addiction among youths in Uasin Gishu County.

I teach introductory undergraduate courses, support curriculum delivery and assessment, and bring strengths in qualitative and mixed-methods research, NVivo, SPSS, proposal writing, and grant development to interdisciplinary projects that aim for scholarly impact and social change.
