What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT support opportunity where I can troubleshoot systems and networks, support users remotely, and grow toward cybersecurity operations. I'm available immediately and open to remote work with international employers.

I've deployed Wazuh SIEM environments, enrolled Windows endpoint agents, configured file integrity monitoring, and resolved service, networking, enrollment, and log rotation issues across multi-service deployments.

I'm building an IT support career with long-term interest in cybersecurity operations through hands-on labs in Windows penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, Linux privilege escalation, cryptography, and network analysis. I troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments independently, document technical work clearly, and communicate fluently in English and Swahili.
