What I'm looking for

Head of AI or CTO at an AI-first company: owning architecture, delivery speed and the calls at every fork. I run engineering where AI agents write the code under strong gates (AI review, e2e, auto-merge).

Remote (GMT+3, Moscow), open to relocation to the Netherlands, Germany or the UAE. Available as a contractor via my own company.

Technology and product leader with 17 years of shipping digital and digital-physical products end to end.

Co-founder and CTO of We Are Magnets. I designed and launched WAM Agents, a platform of personal AI agents in Telegram: each customer runs in an isolated container with memory and tools. Today it serves hundreds of isolated customer containers on three LLM providers (Claude, DeepSeek, Codex).

The platform ships through a pipeline where AI agents write the code, Codex reviews it and auto-merge lands it: 7.6 releases a day from May to October 2026, 19 minutes median from merge to release, 0.26% of PRs reverted or hotfixed. I moved the fleet from x86 in the US to ARM in the EU in two days, cutting node cost by an estimated ≈69%. My job is the architecture, the priorities and the calls at every fork.

Before: a rapid prototyping lab at ATOM built from scratch, an industrial robotics studio (Robohall), and the UX/UI course at the British Higher School of Art and Design with 1,200+ graduates.
