I’ve led engineering and delivery across FinTech and InsurTech teams, going from MVP builds to production platforms while keeping delivery predictable. At Facio, I helped transform the product into a platform and reduced onboarding and support costs.

In my current role at Cybertech, I manage engineering operations across development teams, infrastructure, and initiative portfolios, with an emphasis on business alignment. I scaled infrastructure through optimization and vendor management, cutting IT OPEX by 20% while keeping time-to-market steady.

I’ve built and restructured teams and processes for scale—managing 20–50 people and supporting distributed and external teams. That work drove efficiency gains of ~35% at Cybertech and ~30% at Facio, plus ~80% fewer defects through better development and quality processes.

Before that, I led development at G.A. GrowApp and Hippo technologies inc., including rapid releases under changing requirements and automation that accelerated iOS/Android deployments by ~95%. Earlier in MedTech at Electronic Medical Technologies, I introduced testing, code review, and R&D—spanning AI-related work to improve stability and reliability.
