At National Payment Card System (NSPK), I designed and shipped agentic workflow services, including an internal agent that drafts API test cases using embeddings and a retriever. I enforced structured outputs, confidence fields, tool calling, and human review before acceptance.
I also built practical quality checks for AI-assisted features, using golden sets and repeatable regression-style validation to catch hallucinated labels and invalid categories. For production LLM services, I work across retrieval, context assembly, provider fallback, throttling, and structured logging.
As QA Engineering Manager at NSPK, I led 20+ engineers across three autonomous teams and introduced release gates and readiness criteria for payment infrastructure. These changes reduced release cycle time from three days to two and lowered production defect leakage by 30%.
In my current independent projects, I build and test multi-step agentic pipelines with n8n, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, and MCP. I author custom MCP servers and agent tooling to connect pipelines to databases, document stores, browsers, and HTTP APIs under explicit contracts.
