At RENDERING, Chile’s leading logistics company in organic oil recycling, I lead the transition from analog operations to an integrated digital ecosystem across Logistics and Commercial teams. I designed an AWS-based architecture processing more than 1,500 daily visits with real-time traceability and photo backups.
I’ve built custom financial, operational, and commercial applications in AppSheet, conceptually designed and implemented in-house ERP and CRM modules, and delivered Power BI dashboards powered by Pentaho pipelines. By internalizing development and replacing external vendors with efficient in-house architecture, I reduced monthly technology spending by 14% and helped increase effective oil collection visits by 15%.
I also lead a multidisciplinary team of eight, align technical development to commercial and operational KPIs, and am integrating the core system with WhatsApp/Meta APIs through AWS Lambda and Kapso. Previously, I developed backend architecture and coordinated Agile delivery at LATAMROCK.COM, while contributing to socio-environmental, renewable-energy, and educational programs.
