What I'm looking for

I'm looking to advance measurable sustainability initiatives through collaborative leadership, systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, environmental compliance, and strategic communication that creates lasting environmental, social, and organizational value.

I've advanced environmental compliance, waste diversion, and sustainable resource-management initiatives at Recology, partnering with municipalities, businesses, community members, and operations teams. I supported California SB 1383 implementation through customer education, regulatory translation, outreach, and tools that improved process consistency and stakeholder understanding.

My leadership experience also includes developing high-volume retail and service teams at Target and Starbucks, where I strengthened operations, safety, training, resource management, and community engagement. With a Master of Sustainability Leadership and an interdisciplinary foundation in organizational leadership and sustainability, I connect organizational priorities with environmental and social value.
