At Conservice, I lead ESG compliance, ENERGY STAR benchmarking, sustainability reporting, and data governance for commercial real estate portfolios. I advise stakeholders on regulatory compliance and environmental performance strategy.

Previously at EnergyCAP, I managed a $9.97M ARR portfolio of more than 130 enterprise customers, driving software adoption, retention, expansion, and executive engagement across energy and sustainability programs. I also led enterprise SaaS implementations, aligning stakeholders, managing change, and supporting customer adoption.

My program leadership spans healthcare technology at Omnicell and food technology at MycoTechnology, where I established and led the PMO for a high-growth company. I've guided product commercialization, portfolio governance, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution.

My background in quality, certification, and regulatory compliance includes FDA, USDA, food safety, GMP, and third-party verification requirements. I bring a practical, cross-functional approach to complex programs, customer outcomes, and operational transformation.
