What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst role focused on backend systems, enterprise API integrations, data flows, and AI/ML products. I prefer product teams where I can own requirements and integration design from discovery through production. I'm also open to relocation, EOR, or contractor arrangements.

Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst with 3.5+ years of experience delivering AI/ML-powered backend products, enterprise integrations, and data-intensive services.

At VimpelCom IT (Beeline), I own systems analysis for an ML-powered customer request prediction service from product discovery and requirements through integration design, testing, production launch, and operational support. I mapped and specified 24 enterprise integrations, helped increase self-service automation from 50% to 62%, and validated service performance at 80 RPS within a 2-second SLA.

I also design API interaction flows and architecture documentation for AI agents, including analysis of around 100 REST and SOAP methods across three corporate systems. In parallel, I founded VizuAI, a GCP-based AI product with three production workflows, more than 600 paying users, and approximately 800 paid requests.

I am relocating to Novi Sad, Serbia in August 2026 and am open to remote Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and Integration Analyst roles across Europe and EMEA.
