At Netcracker Technology, I work on integration-heavy telecom BSS/OSS platforms spanning CRM, billing, product catalog and order management. I translate business needs into system behaviour, data models and integration requirements across 300+ APIs and 20+ services.
I define API contracts and governance across teams, using GraphQL schemas, OpenAPI specifications and TMF Open API standards. This work standardized data models and response structures into a shared platform reference, cutting rework and clarification loops between integration teams.
I also investigate production incidents across CRM, billing and order management by tracing SQL, API traffic and system behaviour to root cause. I coordinate UAT tracks and support release readiness across parallel streams.
As the founder of Komšije Hub, I built and launched a multi-tenant B2B SaaS product covering role-based access, notifications, voting and issue tracking. Earlier at Netcracker Technology, I worked as a Lead Business Analyst and as a Lead Software Developer / Software Developer, including building an enterprise integration hub for distributed BSS/OSS systems.
