I've owned AI, data, and compliance products at Sage Group and fino data services, turning ambiguous business problems into products that ship and scale. At Sage, I built the first company-wide single source of truth across 12 products and six European markets, now supporting European operating strategy.

At fino data services, I own GetMyInvoices 2.0 and InvoiceRails end to end, while shaping company-wide e-invoicing and Peppol strategy. I designed a signal-based automation engine that reduced manual processing by more than 60% in testing and use AI-native prototyping to shorten discovery cycles from weeks to days.

Before product management, I co-founded and served as CTO of Ikedi.net, building a two-sided marketplace from MVP to growth over seven years. I'm an engineer by training, a product builder by instinct, and I lead through a clear thesis, the right metric, and teams that understand why the work matters.
