I am a passionate and dedicated Food Scientist with a strong academic background in Food Science and Technology. My journey in this field has been driven by a desire to explore the intricate relationship between food, health, and sustainability. I am currently serving as a lecturer at Bahauddin Zakariya University, where I teach undergraduate courses such as Introduction to Food Science and Technology, Functional Foods, and Food Chemistry. My goal is to inspire students and advance research in functional foods and food safety.
Throughout my academic career, I have achieved notable milestones, including earning silver medals in both my Bachelor's and Master's programs. My research has focused on preventing the growth of fungi and aflatoxins in food products, which has significant implications for food safety and animal feed. I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experiences with students, guiding them to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills that are essential in the food industry.
