Sadia Nasir

I am an M.Phil. Biochemistry graduate from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad with strong research training in phytochemical analysis, antimicrobial assays, antioxidant profiling and bioassays. I combine laboratory competency with academic rigor, producing a thesis on Lagenaria siceraria that examined extraction, characterization, bioactivity and cytotoxicity.

My hands-on laboratory experience includes centrifugation, solvent extraction, microscopy, microdilution, hemolytic cytotoxicity assays, agar well diffusion antimicrobial testing and phase-contrast microscopy, supported by training at Mujahid Hospital and multiple bioassay workshops.

I have been recognized with competitive scholarships (PEEF, HEC Ehsaas) and completed training in scientific writing, plus presentations and participation in national symposia and workshops on nutritional biochemistry and microbial bioactives.

I am motivated to pursue a PhD at an international university to deepen my expertise in clinical and translational biochemical research and to contribute to meaningful advances in biochemistry and related life-science fields.
