I've led product strategy and design for high-traffic digital products, including Banco Azteca's credit application flow at Grupo Salinas (UPAX), where a redesign increased applications by 60% after reversing a 15% annual decline.

At UPAX, I led 30+ design and product collaborators while defining roadmaps and priorities with business and technology teams across digital banking, HR platforms serving 140K+ users, and sports-team apps. I also scaled a white-label Atomic Design system with Figma Variables across multiple teams.

I'm currently building BeautyDesk independently, a vertical SaaS for beauty professionals covering client management, appointments, services, and revenue. I defined its value proposition and MVP, using Lovable to accelerate development and integrating Stripe and Resend for payments and transactional communication.
