I am seeking senior strategic, advisory, academic, or international affairs roles in North America where I can apply executive judgment, cross-cultural leadership, and defense policy expertise to drive institutional impact.

I am a senior leader with 30 years of operational, diplomatic, and advisory experience, including service as Chief Aide-de-Camp to the President of Brazil and deployments with UN peacekeeping missions in Cyprus and Lebanon. I hold a PhD in Military Sciences and have led large, multicultural teams across four continents while producing peer-reviewed research and a published book on Brazil's role in the Middle East.

My career blends strategic leadership, crisis management, defense policy, and academic scholarship; I have directed high-visibility state operations, designed competency-based military education, and advised senior government and military decision-makers.
