At Project SUMA, I coordinated programs for women affected by sexual exploitation and their families. I supervised teams and helped ensure operational objectives were met, contributing to programs that directly impacted around 400 people in vulnerable situations.
At Samaritan’s Purse, I supervised monitoring and evaluation activities across projects nationwide, coordinated and supervised Project Managers across more than 60 projects, and developed project indicators and proposals.
My work has included strengthening monitoring systems, analyzing results, and supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of social interventions. I hold a degree in Business Administration and have completed postgraduate study in international cooperation project management and a diploma in monitoring and evaluation systems for social and international cooperation projects.
