I’m looking for a QA role where I can automate evaluation with Google Sheets/App Script, deliver clear operator coaching, and produce leadership reports in RU/ES—while working remotely in a multilingual, cross-cultural team.

I’m a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist with 2+ years of call-center quality control experience, plus a background spanning translation, teaching, and technical installation. I focus on structured evaluation that turns observations into actionable coaching and leadership-ready reporting.

I build end-to-end QA evaluation pipelines, including automated scripts with Google Sheets & Apps Script, to collect and structure data per operator. I produce consolidated analytical reports in Russian and Spanish and deliver written feedback that drives measurable improvements in operator performance.
