I am looking for a role that allows me to lead innovative programs and support neurodiverse populations while fostering a collaborative team environment.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LABA) with over 15 years of experience in clinical leadership and autism intervention. My expertise lies in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering client-centered behavioral health care across various settings. I have a proven track record in conducting utilization reviews, improving clinical content, and developing innovative programming tailored for neurodiverse populations and their families.

In my current role as a Senior Care Manager at Magellan Health, I conduct clinical reviews and utilization analysis for autism services, coordinating with providers to ensure the highest quality of care. My previous experience includes directing early intervention programs and providing individual therapy, where I created tailored treatment plans and facilitated social skills groups for youth. I am passionate about mentoring emerging behavior analysts and providing training on special topics relevant to autism and behavioral health.
