I’m looking to lead or consult in dental organizations where clinical excellence and operational performance meet—driving compliance, profitability, and team development, while supporting case review, complex treatment planning, and education.

I’m a Dental Executive and Consultant with over 20 years of experience as a practicing dentist, business owner, and clinical leader. I focus on translating clinical expertise into business strategy, operational efficiency, and strong patient-provider outcomes.

As Owner | Partner | Clinical Director for CORE Dental Health Professionals, I co-owned and operated a multimillion-dollar dental practice—balancing profitability with clinical excellence while overseeing business strategy and day-to-day workflows. I provided comprehensive patient care (30+ patients/day) while leading cross-functional operations and team development.

I’ve guided practice modernization through corporate capital investment and facility modernization, including project management for clinical equipment and technology integration. I also led supply chain and vendor management, negotiating pricing and contracts to control costs without compromising quality.

I’m equally focused on compliance and education—directing accreditation & compliance efforts, conducting business performance evaluations, and supporting continuing education design. I’ve also served as an Associate Clinical Instructor and Clinical Professor, educating and evaluating dental and hygiene students on clinical technique, treatment planning, and professional communication.
