At Cisco, I supported global customers on the Next Generation Firewall TAC team, troubleshooting ASA and Firepower hardware and software to protect critical security operations. I now teach English with the U.S. Peace Corps in Prizren, designing technology-integrated lessons for 450+ students while building digital literacy, privacy awareness, and basic cybersecurity hygiene.
