What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead security strategy, cyber resilience, and risk governance for organizations with complex infrastructures, while working with executive leadership and boards to deliver measurable security outcomes.

I'm leading enterprise-wide information security strategy, digital risk governance, and cyber operational resilience as CISO at TEB SH.A / BNP Paribas Kosovo, reporting directly to the CEO. I lead cybersecurity strategy, board reporting, SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and regulatory remediation.

Previously, as fractional CSO at FINDBUG, I designed and led a crowd-sourced penetration testing platform serving hundreds of clients. I built a network of ethical hackers and delivered penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability validation, and scalable security solutions.

I've also strengthened national-scale defenses at Kosovo Police, founded CYBER ZERO and The Day When Hacking is Legal, and chaired the Albanian Cyber Association. I bring hands-on experience across security engineering, governance, training, and cybersecurity policy.
