What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role from Mexico, primarily in French, where I can provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, and practical problem-solving.

I've managed a French automotive workshop for more than 10 years, restoring and repairing American classic vehicles while handling customer needs, estimates, negotiations, invoicing, suppliers, and after-sales follow-up.

Before that, I progressed from apprentice to team leader at TTMI, maintaining and modifying industrial machinery for clients including General Electric and Alstom. I bring hands-on troubleshooting across engines, transmissions, industrial maintenance, welding, piping, safety compliance, inventory, and team planning, and I'm available for remote work from Mexico, primarily in French.
