I’m looking for a full-time IT role where I can apply my troubleshooting, AWS/Microsoft support skills, and user-focused customer service to resolve issues fast, improve system performance, and keep teams and customers confidently supported.

I’m an IT professional with 9+ years of diverse experience, CompTIA A+ certified and an AWS Cloud Practitioner, and I bring a practical, service-first mindset to every ticket. I’m known for troubleshooting and optimizing system performance while delivering clear, effective problem resolution and customer support.

Since 03/2025, I’ve worked as a Technical Support Specialist providing Amazon Web Services Cloud and Virtual Machine management and support. I manage Microsoft 365 Tenants via Admin Center, Entra ID, and MS Exchange, troubleshoot issues across Microsoft systems, AWS services, and internal applications, and assist users with workstation, printing, and scanning problems. I also perform SQL Database installation, configuration, and migration per client request, ensuring changes are handled accurately and with minimal disruption.

Earlier, as a License & Permit Specialist for the Texas Department of Public Safety (10/2021 - 02/2025), I reviewed and processed government documents for accuracy and compliance while also troubleshooting office equipment and resolving network issues to maintain day-to-day efficiency. Before that, I led teams and supported operations as an Assistant Service Manager (12/2016 - 08/2023) and maintained lane tolling hardware and network-based software as a Maintenance Technician (12/2016 - 12/2020), where I handled preventative maintenance, connection irregularities, and faulty components to keep systems running smoothly.
