I’m looking to implement and strengthen payroll/HR systems while ensuring regulatory compliance—turning complex rules into clear workflows. I want a client-facing role where I can solve tough issues, improve reporting accuracy, and help teams stay ahead of legislative changes.

I’m a senior implementation consultant bringing payroll implementation, human resources, regulatory compliance, and field service operations together to deliver practical system outcomes for clients. I’ve supported SECURE Act 2.0 mandates by analyzing existing payroll and benefits structures, translating regulatory changes into system configurations, and closing gaps to align processes with updated federal requirements.
