At HireRight, I lead Windows engineering for enterprise server and identity infrastructure across on-premise, virtual, and cloud environments. I architect, support, and optimize Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and hybrid identity services.

Previously, I led One Identity Active Roles and Microsoft System Center Service Manager implementations at TierPoint and served as the lead systems administrator for Century Aluminum’s global mining and manufacturing environment. At Deloitte, I supported global Microsoft Identity Manager instances, worked across a 17-domain Active Directory forest, deployed custom code changes, and mentored administrators across dozens of countries.

I bring extensive PowerShell automation, IAM, privileged access management, Windows lifecycle management, and team-development experience, reinforced by a retired Army senior NCO background in leadership, training, and operational planning.
