At US LBM, I lead end-to-end implementations of construction estimating and quoting technology for more than 250 users, covering discovery workshops, future-state design, test support, training, and post-go-live hypercare.

I translate builder and estimator drawings into system behavior, including DocIntel ingestion, accumulation logic, quote-to-order automation, and BisTrack ERP integrations. I facilitate workshops across sales, estimating, operations, and finance, producing requirements, process maps, rollout schedules, and cutover-ready checklists.

Before technology implementation, I managed supply-chain purchasing across 70+ yards and delivered $2MM in savings through process and vendor work. At Lezzer Lumber, I owned P&L for a $45MM construction materials and custom millwork operation, where I worked directly with job costing, production scheduling, takeoffs, quotes, purchasing, inventory, and billing-adjacent operations.

I bring construction-domain fluency to implementation work—from estimating, blueprint reading, engineered lumber, and millwork to distributor-to-builder workflows—and focus on making sure teams adopt the systems built for them.
