I’m seeking to transition into a remote customer service role where strong communication and service skills drive positive customer experiences. I want to handle concerns confidently, de-escalate when needed, and deliver accurate documentation.

I’m a customer-focused professional with 8 years of experience in high-pressure service environments, including healthcare and corporate settings. I’m known for conflict resolution, problem-solving, documentation, and clear client communication that helps people feel heard and supported.
