Performed routine maintenance and diagnostics on furnaces and high efficiency combi boilers. Made repairs to optimal standards and coordinated with distributors for OEM parts.

Repaired and serviced frozen beverage dispensers across a large territory. Customized installations using Pex and Bev-trac piping for ICEE products and Starbucks water filtration systems.

Operated facility vehicles and lifts safely to OSHA 10 standards. Changed ballasts for various light housings and painted library and dorms to MCC standards.

Provided service and maintenance on furnaces, a/c systems, hot water tanks, and boilers. Inspected for code violations, installed gas cocks and CSST gas lines, and discussed NYSERDA energy assessments with homeowners.

Activities and societies: Rebuilt the Pipe Rack in the HVAC Lab for safety and ease of accessibility while attending classes.

Earned an A.A.S. degree in HVAC/R from Monroe Community College in 2012.
