I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can manage appointment setting and lead qualification, keep CRM and Excel reporting accurate, and support executives with calendar coordination—working toward clear KPIs in a fast-paced, revenue-focused environment.

I’m a remote-ready Appointment Setter and Executive Assistant with experience supporting sales and executive teams through CRM management, appointment scheduling, email outreach, and data tracking. I’m highly organized and comfortable working with structured processes and KPIs.

At Alphatech Global Technologies, I schedule and manage appointments for sales and executive teams, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and maintain sales pipelines using Pipedrive CRM. I also handle professional email communication and follow-ups, act as a first point of contact between prospects and internal teams, and keep CRM accuracy with detailed activity logs.

Earlier, I built revenue performance through direct and digital outreach as a Marketing Direct Sales Agent at First City Monument Bank (FCMB) – Kaduna, where I generated and converted leads, supported onboarding processes, and met assigned sales targets through disciplined follow-up. I’ve also worked as a Sales & Marketing Representative at Newedge Finance – Kaduna, focusing on lead generation, client follow-ups, and promoting financial products tailored to client needs.

Before moving deeper into sales operations, I strengthened my administrative foundation as a Secretary / Administrative Assistant and gained strong customer service experience as a Concierge Customer Service Agent.
