I’m a data analyst with 10+ years of experience in call center operations within the telecommunications industry. I’ve built strong capabilities in operational data analysis, management reporting, and workforce scheduling in high-volume environments—using Excel as my core tool for real-time monitoring, headcount planning, and absence forecasting.
In my recent role as Workforce Management at Konecta Argentina, I planned and scheduled 400+ agents across multiple services, created absence/attrition/schedule-deviation forecasts to reduce planning gaps, and produced recurring Excel reports for team leads, area managers, and senior management.
