I’m looking for a QA Lead role to own end-to-end UAT and functional/API testing for BFSI platforms, translating requirements into scenarios, driving defect triage, and partnering with BA/product for regulatory-ready releases in Agile.

Experienced Senior UAT Test Analyst with 10+ years of expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional Testing, API Testing, Business Requirement Validation, and Defect Management across Banking, Capital Markets, AML/KYC, Tax Services, and Financial Services domains. I own end-to-end UAT lifecycle management—requirement analysis, scenario creation, test data preparation, execution, defect triage, stakeholder coordination, and business sign-off support.

I translate business requirements into test scenarios and validate business processes against regulatory and operational requirements. I maintain UAT Execution Trackers, run daily triage calls, manage defect retesting and closure, and support change/transformation initiatives within Agile environments.

I also bring strong tooling and engineering exposure, including Selenium (Web driver), Postman/SoapUI, SQL validation, and frameworks like Cucumber, with the ability to leverage AI-powered QA/testing tools (LLM) for faster test case generation, bug analysis, documentation, and test data generation. In addition, I’ve led and mentored a small QA team and created traceability matrices, test plans, execution evidence, and UAT reporting for audit-ready approvals.
