What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to reliable, collaborative technology environments where I can work across DevOps, cloud operations, automation, observability, and continuous technical learning.

At BKTECH, I administer Linux, Unix, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments, operate Docker and OpenShift workloads, and monitor applications with Elastic Stack and Elasticsearch. I support Google Cloud Platform services, GitLab pipelines, Zimbra environments, and incident troubleshooting across enterprise teams.

Previously at GLOBAL HITSS, I monitored business-critical mainframe production systems, automated operational activities, performed DB2 queries, and worked with JCL, TSO, COBOL routine analysis, and Control-M scheduling.

I've also built JavaScript web interfaces, REST API integrations, dashboards, SQL data workflows, and Python automation routines at CENTRAL IT and CTC CONNECTCOM. My background combines application development, data analysis, production support, and operational leadership.
