I translate business requirements into production-ready cloud architectures and observability solutions for hybrid environments. In my current role, I designed and implemented end-to-end monitoring and alerting across a national network, delivering unified metrics and dashboards covering 445 legacy servers and 543 cloud-native servers.

I lead infrastructure expansion work end to end, from initial on-site host/switch network configuration to hardware scale-out orchestration, provisioning into production clusters, and acceptance testing for high availability. I also operate and improve production Kubernetes/Docker workloads, managing Helm-based upgrades, namespaces, pod RCA, scaling/cordoning actions, and resilience testing to ensure smooth application lifecycle management.

I handle critical escalations with thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis, partnering with global Tier 3 support to review logs and metrics for complex integration and performance faults. Alongside engineering delivery, I streamline workflows by co-developing Python automation for documentation pipelines (saving 25+ hours monthly) and I’ve built AI/MLOps proof points, including a Vertex AI-based computer vision workflow with a Python Flask API.
