At the Private Regional Business Group in the automotive and mobility sector, I lead HR and people operations across Croatia, Austria and Serbia. I designed and implemented a target-linked compensation and performance framework to support cost control, margin protection and aligned sales behavior.
At Vetropack Group, I owned HR governance, compliance and policy optimization across 12 manufacturing locations in 9 European countries. I co-created a group HR reporting ecosystem with 10 BI dashboards for workforce KPIs, HR targets and compliance indicators.
At CMG Digital, I built and transformed HR from personnel administration into a structured business HR model supporting approximately 220 employees. I introduced annual reviews, 360 feedback and OKR-based target setting, and led personnel budgeting and workforce cost planning.
Earlier, at British American Tobacco (BAT), I managed HR operations across corporate and manufacturing environments. At Saipem S.p.A., Croatian Branch, I coordinated immigration, labor documentation, employment compliance and support for international assignees.
