At Novo Nordisk via AMS, I developed the Process Supporter Pipelines project, building a qualified candidate pipeline using Candidate Relationship Management technology. I also created sourcing strategies for specialist and niche roles and onboarded, trained, and mentored a small team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Previously, I sourced candidates for Kimberly-Clark and Barclays via AMS, using market research, outreach, and screening to support recruitment.
