At Mark and Spence r Reliance India Pvt Ltd, I handled the apparel section (ladies wear), provided fast and satisfactory service, motivated colleagues for coordination with customers, and managed POS operations. I also maintained window display and the floor for a great shopping experience, handled customer queries, coordinated with staff to resolve problems, and completed daily reporting to the Department Manager about sales and targets—along with stocktaking and cashiering. I was recognized as Best Employee of the month (June 2019, August 2019, Feb 2020, Sep 2020) and Best Champion of the month (Sep 2020).

Earlier, at Praxis Retail India Ltd (Hometown), I worked as a Product Expert–Furniture, handling bedroom/living/dining/mattress departments and adopting customer suggestions. I maintained strong customer and colleague relationships, supported store/warehouse operations, and worked with SAP and POS while maintaining weekly indents.
