At Currys, I learned a broad technology range quickly and translated product features into outcome-focused recommendations. I delivered £24.5k in first-period sales, finished third in store, and helped the store move from last place to first in its region for total sales.

I've also supervised hospitality operations at Sodexo in Queen's Hospital, training staff on health, safety, food safety and infection control while maintaining reconciliations, variance records and budget discipline.
