I seek senior project management roles in media localization and production where I can lead global teams, optimize processes (CRM/SAP), and deliver high-quality localized content while driving revenue and operational efficiency.

I am a senior project manager with broad experience leading complex media, production and localization initiatives across international teams. I combine strong organizational, technical and interpersonal skills with a results-driven work ethic.

At my current role I manage global localization/globalization projects for major streamers and studios, including long-term projects for Netflix, Amazon and Disney that generate annual sales of ¥530 million. I led a 2D/3D conversion collaboration with 20th Century Fox that produced ¥200 million in annual sales and I use Shotgun for digital asset tracking and collaboration.

I have deep procurement and logistics experience from managing sourcing, customs and supplier negotiations at Cirque du Soleil Japan, using SAP to maintain purchasing and forecasting, achieving consistent cost savings and operational improvements. I also developed an original CRM/ERP system based on FileMaker to streamline project workflows.

Earlier in my career I directed advertising web initiatives that increased a project's close rate by 35% and managed international opera tours, coordinating technical teams and overseas stakeholders. I hold a Master in Liberal Arts from the University of Tokyo and work bilingually in Japanese and business-level English.
