I’m a student-centered educational leader and certified educator with 10+ years of experience supporting middle and high school learners, including students facing academic, behavioral, and confidence-related barriers. As Dean of Students at Gamble Rogers Middle School, I provide individualized coaching and support by addressing academic readiness, behavior, emotional wellbeing, and goal setting—while leveraging data from multiple systems to intervene early and improve outcomes.
Previously, I served as Dean of Students at Pedro Menendez High School and as an Art Teacher (Full-Time), where I led engaging instruction and mentoring in both in-person and virtual learning environments. I coach through motivational interviewing, restorative practices, PBIS-aligned approaches, and collaborative problem-solving, partnering with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create coordinated student success plans; I’m also a trained facilitator through programs like Sources of Strength and Link Crew.
