What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead inclusive education and student-support programs where I can strengthen teacher preparation, develop staff and students, build school partnerships, and use data-informed, trauma-responsive practices to improve outcomes.

I design and lead teacher-preparation programs at Seminole State College, teaching classroom management, instructional strategies, foundations of teaching, and child and adolescent development.

I supervise interns, manage placements and school partnerships, and create curriculum, training tools, observation protocols, remediation plans, and compliance documentation that support strong professional practice.

Across Seminole County Public Schools, I've led academic enrichment, behavior intervention, MTSS coordination, and student support for learners facing academic, behavioral, social, and developmental barriers.

I'm committed to inclusive, trauma-informed education—partnering with families, educators, districts, and community resources to help underserved and high-risk students build skills, resilience, and pathways to success.
