I’m a dynamic hospitality and operations professional with over 15 years of progressive experience across safari lodges, resort management, supply companies, and yacht club administration. I specialize in leading diverse teams, coordinating multi-department operations, and consistently delivering outstanding guest experiences.

In my most recent role as Safari Operations Concierge with Cloud Safaris & Simba's AI, I collaborated on guest experience operations and safari logistics. I also supported Simba's AI by developing and testing AI-driven hospitality solutions tailored to the East African tourism sector, sharing practical operational feedback to improve lodge and safari camp tools.

As General Manager of Tunza Beach Resorts Ltd, I oversaw all operational aspects of a family-owned beach resort—from inception through sale—while managing staff contracts, wages, and statutory compliance (NSSF, WCF, PAYE). I supervised daily stock supply, guest rooming lists, and property maintenance, and led staff training programmes to maintain service standards.

Earlier, as Assistant Manager at Mbalageti Safari Camp, I deputised for the Camp Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day lodge operations, handling staff contracts, rooming lists, daily accounts, and weekly supplies. I also served as Public Relations Officer, building strong guest rapport as the first point of contact—ensuring high satisfaction through personalized hospitality and a deep familiarity with the camp environment.
