What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead co-production, lived-experience and mental health service transformation where anti-racist, trauma-informed practice, strong partnerships and community voice shape decisions and improve equity.

At Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham & Redbridge, I lead services and embed co-production as an organisational standard across mental health provision in three London boroughs. I build governance, quality assurance and accountability structures so lived experience directly shapes strategy, design and decision-making.

I also lead co-production for the Tower Hamlets Mental Health Alliance, helping deliver the Barnsley Street Neighbourhood Mental Health Centre—one of six NHS England-selected 24/7 community mental health pilot sites. I work across an alliance of 11 voluntary, faith and community organisations alongside the NHS, local authority and local service users.

Over more than a decade, I’ve led anti-racist and trauma-informed culture change, developed peer leadership training, supported service mobilisation and partnership development, and created culturally specific services for marginalised communities. I bring direct practice, co-production leadership and senior management experience, with a focus on turning co-production from aspiration into an embedded standard.
