What I'm looking for
I am an experienced third sector leader with a proven track record of successfully campaigning alongside individuals with lived experiences of trauma and disadvantage. My focus is on developing projects and services grounded in compelling evidence to maximize impact and sustainability. Currently, I lead a national charity program for suicide prevention in Scotland, where I influence government policies and strengthen local partnerships.
Throughout my career, I have built sustainability and credibility for various charities, enhancing governance and financial management while diversifying income streams. My work has led to significant increases in funding and community engagement, allowing me to introduce innovative approaches to service delivery.
