I currently manage critical IT infrastructure projects at Insomea, coordinating technical teams and stakeholders to deliver high-availability work within controlled risks. I lead project governance, reporting, executive communication, PMO dashboards, and cross-team alignment initiatives.
Previously at Satoripop, I implemented an Integrated Management System and led ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification projects. I also managed project schedules, IT budgets, resource allocation, and the standardization of project management processes.
My quality career includes Quality Management Officer roles at SGS and CM2E Laboratory of Metrology, Testing, and Specialty, where I implemented and maintained quality management systems, prepared certification audits, and supported ISO 17020 accreditation.
I've also worked in product quality at Zodiac Aerospace and supported Bontaz Centre's migration to ISO 14001:2015. I bring practical experience in audits, continuous improvement, process design, quality assurance, and project follow-up.
